Mixology Classes

A full mixology course. Learn all the skills you need to become a mixologist. Get the training to position you as one of the top bartenders at any restaurant, craft-cocktail bar, bar, or night club.

With this intense Mixology Classes, you will go from beginner to advanced in just two weeks.

This course will cover the following:

• Intro to Mixology

  • Students will get an introduction to Mixology

• Craft Cocktail Design

  • Learn everything you need to design craft cocktails. Create and brand your own cocktails.

• Beer Brewing

  • Learn everything you need to know to create your first beer.

• Bitters Creation

  • Learn how to design, create and brand your own bitters.

• Design a Bar or Restaurant Cocktail Menu

  • With the skills you learn in this class, you will create a sample menu for a fictitious bar or restaurant.

• Syrups Design

  • Design top quality syrups that will allow you to create unique cocktails.

• Fire and Smoked Up Cocktails

  • Learn how to use fire and smoke in cocktail creation

• Zero and Below Cocktails

  • Learn how to create cocktails using cold agents

To receive a passing grade students will need to score 90% on the final exam.

Students can retake the course only one additional time, if they don’t pass the second time they will be required to purchase another course.
